International ICT Seagulls Project

Dear friends,

please have a look at the proposal by our friend Hayal Köksal, copied below.

With kind regards,

Dear Dosts,

During the annual meeting of WCTQEE and also during my talks to you at various times of the 16. ICSQCC in India, I have got the feeling that most of the colleagues support the “International  ICT Seagulls Project” as being the only international ICT project based upon SQC methodology and collaboration. Its peace-oriented characteristic adds value to it as well.

Now, dearests it is time to start it. I have made some changes on it and this time I made it teacher-focused. Every step will be taken in a scientific manner and also sharing will be done in cyber world. Teacher categories will be in three different types: Working teachers, retired teachers and also teacher students. In order to train a peaceful and productive generations we need the contents of such projects. I believe you will share your reflections and suggestions with me.

I need international judges. I hope Prof.Dr. Syed Ali will be one of them. And I do hope Quest Nepal and similar organizati, ons will be the partners of it. It belongs to all of us. I am hoping as CMS always did in recent three ICSQCCs generously, Kingsyon University in 2014 will also host the 1st Award Ceremony of it. For international jury members I need 5 precious judges and I need some supporting bodies to publicise the project in international platforms. We need to motivate many teachers to take part in it. Will you pelase do it not for me but for all of us who aim at a peaceful world.
